Tour operator Royal Voyage in the year 2002 celebrated its 10th anniversary. There is a great career behind and great future in front. For the past 10 years the company has reached leading position in the Donetsk region tourist business market. The enterprise was founded in 1992 in Donetsk by an honored specialist in the field of tourism Rotova Galyna Viktorovna . Its history goes back to the year 1992 when it had the name SLR "Roil Voyage". The name came from an abbreviation "Rotova and people". In the course of further work and enlargement of the number of contacts with foreign partners there was a decision taken to change the name for an international one, "Royal Voyage", this name became our brand...

Since first days of its existence the company rendered the full complex of tour service both abroad and on the resorts of Ukraine - both big-sized groups and the development of complicated tours for individual VIP tourists. The tourists and colleagues agree the quality of tourist service we render is high. The list of the clients is long, the level of clients is high, as a rule, our clients are VIP tourists. As a result because of the social and economic reformations in the state the middle class of consumers in Donetsk was not formed and the level of service in Royal Voyage meets the requirements of the most refined clients.

The most important part in the activity of the enterprise played the leader and the director Rotova Galyna Viktorovna. She found a team of co-thinkers, involved them with new ideas to create powerful and competitive enterprise. Personnel of the company includes: director in tourism, who is obligated to decide organization problems, coordinate the work of managers; director of sales department; staff of managers in sales department involves 5 person, 4 of them work in outbounding tourism and a manager in inner tourism; manager interpreter; manager in air ticket booking; financial director who is responsible for analysis of financial activity of the enterprise; main book-keeper, accountant and cashier. Managers of the company do the organization of tourist conferences, seminars and info tours, successfully take part in exhibitions. For the achievements .the Company was included into the list of the most powerful companies in the region. In 2002 Donbass Eastern Airlines of Ukraine Air Company highly estimated our enterprise, having distinguished it as the leader in air sale. Royal Voyage takes part in promoting projects on the radio, has its air time on TV, releases its advertisements in all Ukrainian guides, regional periodical editions, catalogues of partners, and arranges external advertisement. Royal Voyage was between the first companies in the tourist market. The results of its work show that we till these days keep the leading positions.

The base of future achievements was put 10 years ago, at the time when the main work strategy was chosen, the strategy to work as a tour operator. At this moment Royal Voyage works hand in hand with Austria. The interest of tourists towards Austria increased a lot, to its curative, mountain and picturesque lake resorts. Besides, Donbass Eastern Airlines of Ukraine Air Company this year organized new regular trip Donetsk-Vienna-Donetsk that flies 3 times per week. This significantly makes easier arrival of tourists to Austria and gives an opportunity to form loyal prices for tour packages.

Since the 1 of October 2003 Bureau of air sales was put into operation. It is located in the active area, right in the centre of the city, near to big supermarket - this location gives a possibility to increase the volume of sales twice as much. Also in the main office of Royal Voyage you can find railway tickets sales department. Air tickets let us more operatively work with air companies from all over the world, to book and sale tickets right from the office. Our company makes these steps so that the level of service would be adequate to the highest international requirements. From the above mentioned information a conclusion can be made that we have all the opportunities to meet the requirements of our consumers and offer competitive prices. High quality of the service rendered by our company is one of the main advantages in the Donetsk tourist market and this gives us great advantages.

Another fact should be taken into account, that Royal Voyage is an owner of the hotel, located in the picturesque area of Donetsk region in Svayatogorsk city. The Old Castle hotel is located in the ecological area on the bank of the Seversky Donets river in the approximate vicinity to the ancient and unique monastery - Svyatogorsk Monastery. The references of this Monastery date back to the 10th century.
